Business Support and Fundraising
CNT Associates is a business support and fundraising organisation based in Bexley, South East London. They have an impressive track record of over 20 years, and have worked with notable clients including the Jimmy Choo Fashion Academy, GLL (Greenwich Leisure Limited), London Borough of Bexley and South East London Chamber of Commerce.
The Problem
When we were first introduced to CNT Associates, we became aware that their website was built upon an outdated technology. The CNT staff members had very limited editing capabilities, and more substantial changes, such as adding a new page, had to be performed by a web developer. These large changes always incurred additional costs. CNT Associates commissioned our services to carry out the website redesign project in three stages:
1. Redesigning the Website
The previous design was outdated and not mobile-friendly, so we worked with CNT to create a new, modern design which was responsive across all devices.
2. Building the Website on WordPress
The old platform was no longer sufficient for the business' needs, so we chose to rebuild the site on WordPress, providing far greater editing capabilities and ease of use.
3. Setting up WooCommerce
As CNT later expanded their range of offerings, they needed a means of selling their products and services online. The final stage of the project involved creating a WooCommerce store to enable customers to purchase directly through the website.
The Result
CNT Associates now benefits from a modern, responsive website which they can update themselves without the need for a web developer. They have also enjoyed an increase in sales since implementing the e-commerce functionality.
